Experiencing Arts and Technology(aka Field Trip Class)


2024-25 Field Trips

September 13th: Tulip City Gem and Mineral Show 

September 27th: Gull Meadows Farm

October 4th: Historic Charlton Park

October 15th (Tuesday)  A Year of Frog and Toad (Grand Rapids Civic Theater)  

November 1st:  Michigan State Capitol and Historical Museum (limited to 50 people)

November 15th: Kalamazoo Valley Museum

Additional Information:

Parents attend with their child

Students enrolled in the field trip class are paid for by HVS.  

Every adult who attends with HVS is required to be a WISH approved volunteer.

Schedule above is tentative awaiting confirmation and weather.
Completion of the online class is required. 
There will be 6-7 field trips offered each semester.
Email will be sent with more venue details as experience draws near.

Students must be accompanied by an adult.
Siblings and parents are welcome to attend at the group rate with the free student(s). 
Transportation:
     Bus or van available from Hamilton Middle School.
    Younger siblings (5 years and below) are not permitted on the bus/van.
     Driving separately and meeting at the venue is an option.
