Some improvement plan formats are lengthy and technical in order to meet state requirements, others are shorter and more concrete and guide daily/monthly activities. The goal of all improvement plans is to get better at what we do. No matter what the format, our goal remains the same: ensuring each child has the skills and knowledge they need to thrive.
